Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appoints Keith F. Hansen as
Corporate Vice President of Hotel Accounting & Finance


FAIRFAX, Va., March 3, 2010-- James Carroll, Chief Operating Officer of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, announces the appointment of Keith F. Hansen, C.P.A., as Corporate Vice President of Hotel Accounting and Finance.  Mr. Hansen joins Crestline from JC Resorts in La Jolla, CA where he was Corporate Director of Finance.  He brings 30 years of financial experience in the hospitality industry to his new role having also held executive positions with Alliance Hospitality Management, BCRA Resort Services and Olympus Hospitality Group.   In his new position at Crestline he will report to James Carroll and oversee the management of all hotel accounting and finance for the company.  Crestline is among the 10 largest hospitality management companies in the U.S. with a portfolio of nearly 14,000 rooms in 13 states.
