Dan Egan as Director of Sales,
Bill Hedgepeth as Director of Catering & Convention Services &
Joan Pata and Ryan Litsey as Senior Convention Sales Managers

| Egan is responsible for implementing a successful sales strategy to exceed revenue goals. Hedgepeth oversees and provides leadership for the local catering sales effort and the convention service team. Both Pata and Litsey are responsible for increasing hotel revenue by soliciting group business. Pata is in charge of the Midwest market while Litsey’s territory includes the  “We are delighted to welcome

industry.” Egan brings more than 15 years of hotel sales experience to The Westin St. Francis. He began his career at Hyatt Hotels, and several years later joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Group Sales at The Westin Michigan Avenue, followed by a position as Director of Sales at the Sheraton Suites Chicago Elk Grove. After more than four years at Chicago Marriott O’Hare, he rejoined Starwood Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Sales & Marketing at The Westin Chicago North Shore. Egan graduated from  Hedgepeth brings a wealth of
more than twenty years of hospitality experience to his new position as
Director of Catering & Convention Services. Over the course of his
career, he has worked at Omni Hotels & Resorts, Marriott,
Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, HEI Hotels & Resorts and
Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, Hedgepeth was the
Director of Catering & Convention Services at The Sheraton Premiere
at Tyson Corner in  Pata began her career with
Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2001 as an intern at the W Chicago
City Center. After one year at the Hyatt on Printers Row Chicago
as a sales manager, she rejoined Starwood at The Westin Michigan Avenue
Chicago as Group Sales Manager. In 2006, Pata transferred to The
Westin Copley Place Boston as a Senior Sales Manager. She holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management with a minor in Spanish from  With more than ten years of
professional hotel experience, Litsey began his career as Front Office
Manager at Wittenberg Inn & Suites, followed by sales positions at
