Crestline Appoints LaJeune Marbury and Mark Swetman
to Director of Sales & Marketing Posts


 
 
PARSIPPANY, N.J., Jan. 11, 2010 - Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Mark J. Swetman to Director of Sales & Marketing for the Hilton Parsippany and the adjacent Hampton Inn Parsippany hotels. Together the two properties include 506 guestrooms and share 30,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space offering complementary branded hotels that feature full-service and select service facilities in the same location.

Crestline also today announced the appointment of LaJeune Marbury as Director of Sales & Marketing for The Melrose Hotel, Washington, DC. The 240 guestroom luxury hotel is located in the heart of one of DC's most notable neighborhoods along Pennsylvania Avenue. Ms. Marbury joins Crestline with more than 23 years of hospitality management and sales experience. She was most recently the Director of Sales & Marketing for Capitol Hill Suites and prior to that the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Doubletree Suites Tyson Corners, VA.

Mark Swetman joins Crestline Hotels with nearly 20 years of hospitality industry sales management experience. He has held numerous sales and marketing management positions including Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for the Dolce Basking Ridge, NJ, Director of Sales & Marketing for the Park Central, NY, and the Hilton Short Hills, NJ.

"Mark brings great experience and knowledge about the New Jersey/New York market to his new position," said Vicki Denfeld, Senior VP of Sales & Marketing for Crestline Hotels & Resorts.
