94-room Holiday Inn Express® and Suites Opens in Saint-Hyacinthe,
Quebec;
$10 million Property Built to Meet LEED Standards

announced today that the company�s first sustainable hotel in Canada and
the first of its type in Quebec will officially open today in Saint-Hyacinthe,
Quebec. The Holiday Inn Express® and Suites Saint-Hyacinthe has
been built to meet the criteria of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System for its sustainable practices.
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Saint-Hyacinthe is owned and managed
by Hôtel M Inc, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental
Hotels Group and is located at 1500 West Casavant Blvd, Saint-Hyacinthe,

The new-build property also showcases the Holiday Inn Express brand�s new sign, which is the seal of approval that this hotel exemplifies the standards of the $1 billion Holiday Inn brand relaunch program.
