Bill Linehan Appointed Chief Marketing Officer
for Richfield Hospitality

DENVER, January 4, 2010 — Richfield Hospitality, a leading hotel management company, today announced that Bill Linehan has joined the firm as chief marketing officer.  Linehan assumes the same role at Richfield’s sister division, Sceptre Hospitality Resources, which provides third-party GDS connectivity, e-marketing and revenue management.

Linehan joins Richfield Hospitality from Hodges Ward Elliott, Inc., a premier hotel brokerage and investment banking firm, where he served as managing director of new business development.  His 20-plus year hospitality industry background includes such senior senior-level positions as principal and executive vice president of The North Point Group; vice president of global marketing and new business development for IHG; and global vice president of marketing and strategic development partnerships for Starwood Hotels  Resorts Worldwide.

Linehan holds an International Executive Masters of Business Administration from Lancaster University in England and a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson  Wales University.
