Joint Venture Between IHDA and Longhorn Lodging Partners
Building Three Microtel Hotels in Texas
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (December 1, 2009) � Ted Torres, chief executive officer for International Hospitality Development Alliances, today announced that construction of three new 83-room Microtel Inns & Suites® hotels in Texas scheduled to begin on January 2, 2010 with ceremonial groundbreakings all on the same day. The hotels are a joint venture of IHDA and Longhorn Lodging Partners of Texas. Location of the three hotels are:
