Christopher Ryan to GM and Jeffrey Kryger to Director of Hotel Sales and Marketing


 

CORTLAND, N.Y., Sept. 15, 2009 - Greek Peak Mountain Resort Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark is proud to welcome Lindsay Wright as their new Group Sales Director, Jeffrey Kryger as Director of Hotel Sales and Marketing, Brian Hammond as Guest Services Manager, and Christopher Ryan, CHA as General Manager. Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark, the newest addition to the resort, is currently accepting reservations and is set to open October, 2009.

Lindsay Wright, Group Sales Director will be responsible for all ski mountain marketing, public relations, and sales efforts, as well as scheduling and coordination of events related to groups and conventions. She will be the primary contact for meeting and group planners. Ms. Wright is a graduate of Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA and has seven years restaurant and hotel management experience. She is a resident of Ithaca, NY.

Jeffrey Kryger, Director of Hotel Sales and Marketing will be in charge of the marketing and sales efforts for the Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark division of Greek Peak Mountain Resort. Mr. Kryger has a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management and has over five years of experience in both ski and casino marketing. He is a resident of Cortland, NY.
Brian Hammond, Guest Services Manager will coordinate and oversee front desk operations, as well as all guest service relations at the Hotel. He has integral knowledge of the Greek Peak Mountain Resort property as he has over ten years experience on site and additionally worked as a customer service representative for a local company. A resident of McGraw, NY, Mr. Hammond has an Associates degree in Business and is currently completing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice.

Christopher Ryan, CHA General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Mr. Ryan has more than 19 years hotel and resort management experience. He has a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Broome Community College, Binghamton, NY, attended Walt Disney World College Program, and is a resident of Johnson City, NY.

Hope Lake Lodge and Indoor Waterpark consists of 106 units all with full kitchen and fireplace, two restaurants, International spa, fitness center and 41,000 sq. ft. indoor waterpark is scheduled to open in October 2009.
