Hotel Developer BPJ Group Selects Alliance Hospitality
to Manage Four Holiday Inns in Central Wisconsin

Stevens Point, WI/ Raleigh, NC (Sept. 8, 2009) � Alliance Hospitality Management LLC, a leading hotel management company located in Raleigh, NC announced today that Wisconsin Hotel Developer BPJ Group has selected Alliance Hospitality to operate its portfolio of Full Service Hotels. The portfolio consists of four Holiday Inn products in Central Wisconsin, anchored by the Holiday Inn Steven Points Convention Center which features 38,000 square feet of combined meeting, exhibit, conference, expo, and banquet space.
