.Kinseth Hospitality Companies Assumes Management of Three Hotels,
Including Kings Pointe Waterpark Resort in Storm Lake, Iowa

North Liberty, IA., July 22, 2009 – Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC), an Iowa based hotel development and management company, announced they have begun managing Kings Pointe Waterpark Resort on July 17, 2009, in the city of Storm Lake, Iowa. Kings Pointe features 100 guest rooms, many with a lake view, a 17,000 square foot indoor waterpark, and an outdoor waterpark located on the shores of Storm Lake. The hotel also features approximately 3,500 square feet of flexible meetings space, and indoor and outdoor dining at the Regatta Grille. Bruce Kinseth, Senior Vice President of Kinseth Hospitality Companies said, “KHC’s past experience, now managing over 4,600 hotel rooms throughout the Midwest, and our operation of high volume, casual themed restaurants gives us a unique background to bring our hospitality vision to Kings Pointe Resort. We intend to use our hospitality experience to bring the entire resort complex to the next level of exposure and marketing throughout the Midwest.” Kinseth Hospitality Companies has also assumed management of the Comfort Inn & Suites located in Overland Park, Kansas and the Motel 6 located in Clinton, Iowa, during the second quarter of 2009. In both instances, Kinseth Hospitality Companies was selected as a Court appointed Receiver to operate the Comfort Inn & Suites and the Motel 6. Bruce Kinseth comments further, “given the past success that KHC has as a Court appointed Receiver and our ability to safe-guard hotel assets for lenders, we will continue to increase the number of hotel management contracts within our portfolio during 2009.
