Balcones del Atlantico has been conceived as a resort destination property that includes units of varying sizes ranging from one to three bedroom suites, along approximately one kilometer of the most spectacular beach in the country. Balcones Del Atlantico features an elegant and comfortable design with a strong emphasis on the outdoor spaces within each unit.

The Samana Peninsula is one of the largest tourist destinations in the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic is a country easily accessible from many major tourist markets and international airports, offering direct air service from New York, Miami, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Philadelphia, Puerto Rico, Panama and many more. In addition, the Samana Peninsula has been blessed with tremendous natural attractions like the Haitises National Park, Salto del Limon Waterfalls, Rincon bay, Coson bay (recipient of the Blue Flag designation) and the village Las Terrenas. Originating from the French term "La Terrienne" or "The Landlord," Las Terrenas is a former fishing town in Samana, located on the north coast of the peninsula.
