Alliance Hospitality Management Chosen to Open and Operate
New Courtyard by Marriott, Clarksville, Tennessee

Clarksville, TN (July 13, 2009)> – NNP Investments, a long time Nashville based developer, announced the opening date for their new Courtyard by Marriott is set for late July. The hotel is located at Exit 4 off I-24 at 155 Fairbrook Place, Clarksville, TN 37040. Located 50 miles North-West of Nashville, TN Clarksville-Montgomery County is a vibrant community in Middle Tennessee, along the Cumberland River, directly off I-24. As the ninth-fastest growing city in the nation, Clarksville-Montgomery County continues to experience tremendous growth. Chip maker Hemlock Semiconductor is building a $2.5 billion dollar plant near the hotel. Clarksville is also the home to the 101st Airborne based at Fort Campbell and Austin Peay University. Many large companies such as Bridgestone, Convergys, Dow Corning and Trane have major manufacturing facilities within a few miles of the hotel. A new 250 bed Regional Hospital and Medical Office Complex are located in near by Gateway Medical Center.

With 91 rooms and 2,100 sq. ft. of meeting space; the hotel is one of the first to be built utilizing edgier-sleek building exteriors and new lobby designs initiated by the Courtyard by Marriott brand. NNP Investments further announced the selection of Raleigh, NC based Alliance Hospitality Management to open and operate the hotel. “We were looking for a company with a strong track-record of operating Marriott Hotels and one who understood our desire to be involved with and support the community.”
