LONG BEACH, CALIF. (Aug. 4, 2009) PSAV® Presentation Services, the leading supplier of audiovisual and event technology to hotels, associations, producers and meeting planners worldwide, together with National Access Group (NAG), unveils Tradeshow on Demand (TSOD), a new service that enables tradeshows to showcase their products and services online via a unique interactive, high-quality video program to garner global exposure. TSOD is a cutting edge technology system that allows expos and conventions the ability to broadcast their entire event over the Web and more. The TSOD system will capture, through high quality video production, every aspect of a trade event, such as key note speeches, training classes, special events as well as all participating exhibiting companies. A truly unique and powerful aspect is the exhibitor program. Through TSOD, exhibitors work with PSAV/NAG months prior to the event to produce a high impact video of their companys products and services, which is shot at the companys home location virtually anywhere in the world. This video is placed on a personal web page for each exhibitor on the trade events web site. Exhibitor pages will also contain brochures, company information, web site and more for attendee review long before, during and after the event. All attendee viewing is tracked in real time and provided to the exhibitor for personal follow up. This provides exhibitors a huge expansion in their marketing efforts, said Randall Winters, President of National Access Group. The pre-show marketing aspect allows an exhibitor to reach out to attending companies before they reach the exhibit floor and before theyve made purchasing decisions. Post-show programs allow exhibitors to continue their marketing efforts long after the close of the event, all for generally less cost than a single page print add. In todays marketplace, we believe it is essential that we assist our clients in increasing the value of their event for their exhibitors and attendees wherever possible. We strongly believe the TSOD program is a major step in that direction, said Paul R. Wedesky, Senior Vice President, Convention & Tradeshow Division for PSAV. For the first time, a trade event has the ability to expand its physical presence at the convention center to an expanded global market. The TSOD program allows tradeshows to expand their length, reach, value, participation and show revenue, without the need of expanding their personnel or budgets. This is one of the most significant expansions for the industry in years, and is truly a value added proposition for everyone involved, he added. Other aspects of the Tradeshow on Demand program include hosted, television quality broadcast programs, featuring some of the events leading exhibitors as well as important trade event information. These programs air continuously in surrounding attendee hotel rooms, at the convention center and on the tradeshows web site. The TSOD program also boasts the industries most advanced interactive personal day planner to assist in organizing attendees activities. For a live presentation, visit the PSAV booth at the ASAE Expo, in Toronto, August 15 - 18, 2009.
