Emaar Hospitality Group Adding Two Dubai Hotels
to its Address Hotels + Resorts Portfolio
DUBAI, UAE, August 19, 2009 - The Address Hotels + Resorts is further increasing its portfolio with two new hospitality destinations. The Address Dubai Mall and The Address Dubai Marina, on schedule to open later this year, will be part of vibrant and chic lifestyle communities and will offer guests ideal locations in which to socialise, dine or do business.
The Address Dubai Mall will be directly linked to The Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment destination, while The Address Dubai Marina stands in the heart of the dynamic Marina district.
Following the successful opening of The Address Downtown Burj Dubai, the upcoming hotels will build further on the brand philosophy of The Address Hotels + Resorts. They underscore the hotel brand vision to create luxurious, lifestyle properties giving visitors differential experiences.

The Address Dubai Mall will feature 244 signature rooms, 449 serviced apartments and five contemporary dining options. The hotel will offer visitors the opportunity to take in shopping delights while being in close proximity to Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building, The Dubai Fountain and some of the city's latest attractions. Apart from a vacation 'fashion-fix' and stunning social events, the hotel will pamper guests with Spa and wellness facilities.
The Address Dubai Marina, a waterfront business hotel is positioned to attract guests who revel in lively ambiences. All the 200 guestrooms and 442 serviced residences have a private balcony that opens to the marina. As a hub of style and glamour, luxury yachts and exceptional dining, the hotel will showcase five trendy lounges and restaurants and some of the most extensive conference facilities in the region. The magnificent Ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows can accommodate 1000 guests while the 15 meeting rooms offer breathtaking marina views and state-of-the-art technology. All properties will feature complimentary wireless Internet, iPod docking stations, welcome amenities and 24-hour check-in services for club rooms and suites.

Emaar Hospitality Group plans to unveil The Address properties in key cities and tourist destinations in the Middle East and North African region, the Indian Subcontinent, Asia, Europe and America over the next ten years and will have a presence in all markets where Emaar Properties has a geographic footprint.
