Hotel AG Is Set to Close Transaction on
Hampton Inn & Suites in Rochester, MN

ATLANTA �May 18, 2009� � Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that the Hampton Inn & Suites currently under construction in Rochester, Minnesota is set to close on behalf of Viking Hospitality. The 134-room property will be sold to Apple REIT for an undisclosed amount and will be managed by Prism Hotels & Resorts.

Keith Thompson, principal of Hotel AG remarked. �Both parties are anticipating the closing to occur around the end of June or first of July 2009.�

The Hampton Inn & Suites is under construction and slated for completion by the end of second quarter of 2009. The four-story hotel will be comprised of 134 guest rooms and offer all the amenities and facilities of a newly built Hampton Inn & Suites.
