CHICAGO, IL May 28, 2009 – Flyte Systems, the leading provider of airport travel information displays and digital signage content for the hospitality industry, digital signage, convention centers and related businesses, announced WallyPark, a full-service offsite airport parking company, installed the FlyteBoard real-time airline flight information display at its Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) parking facility. The WallyPark FlyteBoard implementation provides up to the minute LAX airline departure times, national weather and traffic information for the Los Angeles area. WallyPark is a full-service offsite airport parking company and its LAX site accommodates 1,600 vehicles. “WallyPark is committed to delivering the highest service level to travelers; providing FlyteBoard live airline information for all LAX flights benefits our clients whether they are traveling locally or nationally,” said Carl Calhoun, assistant general manager of WallyPark Los Angeles International. Calhoun noted that WallyPark’s LAX facility installed FlyteBoard on a 42-inch display in its client lobby and worked with Flyte Systems to add updated traffic information for Los Angeles-area highways on the same display to aid travelers driving in the city. “WallyPark LAX is a premiere facility, so providing our customers with the kind of progressive service that FlyteBoard offers is a great fit,” adds Calhoun. information via strategically located digital signage monitors that
display arrival and departure information as it appears at most airports.
Flyte Systems also offers live weather displays and regional traffic information
in many locations as options.
