Frankfurt, Germany –June 29, 2009 – Trust International further enriches its Trust|Connect availability exchange interface by cementing a partnership with Agilysys, a leading provider of innovative information technology and hospitality software solutions. The Visual One Property Management System by Agilysys provides an additional interface to Trust|Connect that has been proven to save time, money and manpower by automating the process of updating Trust’s Voyager|CRS centralized reservation system with the latest rate and availability information.
The Visual One Property Management System is a comprehensive property management solution that offers a wide range of features and functionality, including front office operations, guest history, housekeeping, night audit, reservations management, room maintenance and more. It will provide Trust International with rich automated availability exchange, using three different availability messages on room type level, rate level and room/rate level, in addition to exchanging reservations downloads and rate uploads. The multi-property enterprise solution will enable Trust’s hotel chain and group customers utilizing the PMS interface to effortlessly interface via Trust|Connect with Voyager|CRS to share guest profiles, preferences and other key information, which will result in more personalized service and guest loyalty throughout the chain/group.
