Honored with Regional Awards by InterContinental Hotels Group

 Williamsburg, VA – The Holiday
Inn Gateway Hotel & Suites, 515 Bypass Road, recently hosted the
InterContinental Hotels Group annual conference of brand hotels in the
Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina region. During the event, the
hotel was honored with two prestigious awards.The regional Top Overall Guest
Satisfaction Award, which recognizes the hotel’s 94.36% guest
satisfaction rating, was presented to General Manager Ravi Patel and
Front Office Manager Geoff Scheibel. The Holiday Inn Gateway Hotel
& Suites also received an award for most improved year-over-year
RevPAR (revenue per available room).
For a hotel with a reputation for top
performance, these awards continue a track record that has put the
hotel in the top 10% of all Holiday Inn brand properties since its
opening.
HMP Properties owns, manages and operates
the Holiday Inn Gateway Hotel & Suites. “It takes a strong team of

The hotel will participate in the
worldwide relaunch of the Holiday Inn brand family this summer, a
program implemented by InterContinental Hotels Group. Following the
launch, guests will experience a new arrival welcome, refreshed rooms,
and redesigned signage – all backed by a new service promise.
