Teague Hunter Named One of “Ten to Watch” at
HotelWorld Global Hospitality & Design Awards Ceremony

ATLANTA/CLEVELAND, April 7, 2009—HotelWorld Expo & Conference, a hospitality show held annually for hotel owners, operators and designers as part of International Hospitality week, recently held the 2^nd annual HotelWorld Global Hospitality & Design ceremony and presented the coveted “Ten to Watch” to Teague Hunter, formally recognizing him as one of the industry’s top up-and-coming hoteliers. Teague Hunter is president of Atlanta-based Hunter Realty Associates, Inc. The award is given annually to 10 hotel executives who are expected to have a major impact on the hotel industry in the coming years.

“Winnowing the pool of industry professionals to just 10 names who are expected to greatly influence the future of the hospitality industry was a daunting task,” said Stacy Silver, executive director, digital media, HotelWorld Network. “Teague Hunter has truly distinguished himself as a major innovator in the hotel brokerage segment of the industry.”

Hunter has been named Salesperson of the Year by Hotel Brokers International in two of the past three years. He also was awarded the Portfolio Sale of the Year and Unique Deal of the Year awards. Hunter Realty Associates, Inc. was named Brokerage of the Year for the past three years.
