Rosewood Hotels and Stanford University Opening the 123 room

MENLO PARK, Calif. (March 31, 2009) – Michael Casey, Managing Director of Rosewood Sand Hill, has announced that the new 123-room hotel, spa and restaurant, located just one mile west of the Stanford University campus, will welcome its first guests on April 2, 2009. 

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will manage Rosewood Sand Hill for Stanford University, the owner of the 16 acres, ideally located near the intersection of Sand Hill Road and Highway 280.  Rosewood Sand Hill represents the City of Menlo Park’s largest hotel development to date, neighboring some of the nation’s foremost venture capital and private equity firms.
