Obaluxe Hotel Advisors Assumes Management of the
Wyndham Garden Hotel in Boca Raton, Florida

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. � March 26, 2009 � Obaluxe Hotel Advisors announced today that the group has begun working with Wyndham Garden Hotel, 1950 Glades Road in Boca Raton, Fla. Obaluxe will act as a third-party management company, working directly with the Wyndham Garden management team and offering assistance in asset management, operations, sales & marketing, strategic planning and market research functions. Obaluxe Hotel Advisors is the third party management arm of The Obadon Hotel Group, which owns and manages a collection of luxury hotels including the historic Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach and the Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Coconut Grove.
