Tugaoen
as its new Director of Sales. Having recently undergone a $17 million

As Director of Sales, Tugaoen is charged with securing
corporate travel partnerships and developing mutually beneficial
relationships with the surrounding business and residential
communities. She will plan and manage the overall sales and revenue
efforts as well as work on some marketing initiatives and participate
in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.

Tugaoen was most recently the Assistant
Director of Sales for the Seaport Hotel and Seaport World Trade Center
in Boston, MA. For three consecutive years, she developed business
strategies to introduce the Seaport to new markets. Prior to her work
with the Seaport, Tugaoen was the Corporate Group and Transient Sales
Manager for Soho & Tribeca Grand Hotels in New York City.
