Resort Community Environmental Behavior Survey |
Bluffton, SC � January 28, 2009 - The University of South Carolina Beaufort�s Resort Community Environmental Behavior Survey is underway and survey administrators are hoping to get plenty of feedback from people who live in our area as well as those who vacation here. The intention of the survey is to explore environmental behaviors of individuals while at home and on vacation. The survey takes approximately ten minutes to complete online and is being sponsored by the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. Among questions on the survey are those regarding habits and opinions on recycling as well as questions pertaining to purchasing habits or desire to purchase organic foods. The survey should last approximately six months. The survey can be accessed at:

The mission of the LRITI is to investigate, examine and interpret tourism information that will support the tourism directives for Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton and Hampton Counties.
