Benchmark Appoints Matthew Pinner as Executive Chef
for The Chattanoogan in Chattanooga, Tennessee

The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, January 2009 � Benchmark Hospitality International has announced the appointment of Matthew Pinner as executive chef for The Chattanoogan, the urban resort located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Tom Cupo, Benchmark�s general manager for the property, made the announcement. �It gives me great pleasure to announce Matthew�s promotion,� said Mr. Cupo. "He has been an exemplary member of our food & beverage team for the past three years and will provide terrific leadership in our culinary program.� Previously, Matthew Pinner served as The Chattanoogan�s executive sous
chef, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort's Broad
Street Grille, Foundry and Strouds restaurants.
