lobby, a signature restaurant, event spaces and an exclusive rooftop lounge
with pool on the 50th floor reserved for Viceroy guests and ICON homeowners.
A rich color palette offsets classic forms and organic finishes, creating
an intimate tone across the grand scale of ICON�s glass and steel profile.
Viceroy Miami�s guestrooms and suites offer luxurious comforts, personalized touches and modern necessities. On the 15th floor, Viceroy�s signature restaurant will serve contemporary American cuisine by a soon-to-be-announced acclaimed chef, in a setting overlooking ICON Brickell�s impressive pools. A private balcony area offers seating for 16 and views across Miami. Open to the public, the restaurant spills out onto a two-acre outdoor �living room� that unites the ICON towers and houses an array of amenities and entertainment options. The focal point of ICON�S theatrical amenities deck is a 300-foot water feature, with a wading pool, 50-person hot tub and the longest infinity-edge pool in Florida.
