Hay Creek Hospitality Completes Multimillion dollar Renovation
of the Exeter Inn, Exeter, New Hampshire

EXETER, NH. , February 2, 2009 – Hay Creek Hospitality announced today the completion of a multimillion dollar renovation of the historic Exeter Inn and the opening of “Epoch” restaurant.

The Exeter Inn now features 46 luxury guest rooms & suites with flat panel LCD televisions, plush pillow top beds with exquisite linens and down comforters surrounded by distinctive fabrics and beautiful furnishings.

The Inn offers state of the art meeting and conference facilities for corporate meetings and private functions. The full service boutique hotel caters to business travelers, visitors to Philips Exeter Academy and destination leisure clientele.

The new “Epoch” restaurant has opened to popular and critical acclaim. The totally redesigned bar and restaurant embraces the best produce, meats, game & seafood from local farms and vendors. “Epoch will offer the ambiance and culinary sophistication of a New York City restaurant at reasonable prices” said Executive Chef Steven Harding. “Our menus will often change daily to allow our kitchen team to create signature items like Corn Encrusted Lobster-Crab Cakes, Fennel Seared Chilean Sea Bass or our succulent Hoisin Grilled Nieman Farms Pork Chop”. Epoch features more than 100 wines, many available by the glass, as well as a stylish menu of traditional and avant-garde cocktails.
