Chef Wilganowski joins The Osprey from Beaver Creeks private mountain retreat Trappers Cabin where he oversees food and beverage offerings as executive chef. He will continue in this role and will expand his influence in his new position at The Osprey. We are thrilled to welcome Michael to our culinary leadership team, so he can showcase his expertise and creativity to develop an exceptional dining experience for our guests, said The Ospreys General Manager Russ Craney. The Osprey Bar is on track to become Beaver Creeks hot spot with a social and stylish atmosphere, innovative cuisine and superior service. Previously, Chef Wilganowski was executive chef of Perrys Grill and Steakhouse in Houston, TX, where he fine-tuned his expertise in classic American cuisine with a Mediterranean flare. The Osprey Bar will offer a tapas style menu and a sophisticated urban
dining experience served in a world-class mountain setting. Wilganowskis
vision for the seasonal menu is to create a global fusion concept that
incorporates multi-cultural cuisine and techniques. Dishes will utilize
ingredients that are sustainable, often organic and locally grown. The
restaurant will be located in the lobby area and complimented by a hand-selected
wine list.
