 TynanGroup, Inc Promotes Brian Nystuen to Senior Vice President, 
Phoenix Hospitality Division

Santa Barbara, CA- October 7, 2008- TynanGroup, Inc (Tg) has announced the promotion of Brian Nystuen to Senior Vice President of its Phoenix based hospitality division. In his new role, Mr. Nystuen will be responsible for overseeing all TynanGroup project related activities for Phoenix and the Southwest region.
            
With over 20 years in the hospitality industry and 10 years with TynanGroup, Mr. Nystuen�s expertise in handling large, complex projects has proven invaluable to the success of the company. His project management skills include all phases of entitlement, project programming, design development, construction, and the complete scope of project administration.

Some of Mr. Nystuen�s notable accomplishments include the 1000 room Downtown Phoenix Sheraton Convention Center Hotel, the 500 room Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa in Chandler, Arizona, the St Regis Aspen Resort and Spa in Aspen, Colorado, and the Hyatt Regency Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
