The June 2009 HITEC Set For Anaheim Extends Exhibit Hall Show Hours,
Adds New Closing Reception
.
AUSTIN, TEXAS, USA (November 11, 2008) Expanding opportunities for attendees during the conference, Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) announces schedule changes to the 2009 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC ®). In 2009 attendees have more time in the exhibit hall with extended show hours and the chance to wrap-up their experience at the new Closing Reception. HITEC, produced by HFTP, is June 22-25, 2009 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. USA. Online registration is available soon.

"Attendees depend on HITEC to be their one stop for hospitality technology education, networking and the industrys latest innovations. They want every moment during HITEC to count," said Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of HFTP. "We're responding to attendee feedback by including suggested education topics, adding more networking opportunities and extending exhibit hall hours. No moment is lost while at HITEC."

The 47 concurrent education sessions address timely topics like green technology, social media, bandwidth and revenue management in a changing economy. Special concurrent sessions include an in depth look into infrastructure and wireless convergence, while a round table session allows attendees to meet in small groups to discuss topics that are important to them.

For the first time, a Closing Reception has been added to the schedule, allowing attendees and vendors to gather one last time to network. The reception immediately follows the Closing Session on Thursday.

With extended exhibit hall hours, attendees have more time to search for new solutions from over 300 companies, see what the future holds in the new GUESTROOM 20X exhibit, find the latest in club technology in the Club Technology Pavilion and vote for exhibit hall favorites in the FAVE Awards.

HITEC is the world's largest hospitality technology exposition and conference. It offers a unique combination of top-notch hospitality technology education, led by industry peers and experts and an unparalleled trade show showcasing the latest hospitality technology products and services.
