Dorchester Collection Appoints.Alberto
del Hoyo to Regional Director
for West Coast USA and Timothy Lee to General Manager
at Hotel Bel-Air
December 11, 2008 (London) -- Dorchester Collection today announced a pair of appointments to senior executive positions in its two Los Angeles-based hotels. Alberto del Hoyo, General Manager of Beverly Hills Hotel has been promoted to the role of Regional Director for West Coast USA with immediate effect. Mr. del Hoyo, who has spent 11 years as General Manager of The Beverly Hills Hotel, will continue in this role and will also assume overall regional responsibility for its sister-property, Hotel Bel-Air. Meanwhile, Timothy Lee has been appointed as the new General Manager for the 91-room Hotel Bel-Air. Mr. Lee, who commences his new position on New Year�s Day 2009, will report directly to Mr. del Hoyo. Mr Lee joins Hotel Bel-Air from Kahala Hotel & Resort in Honolulu, Hawaii where he has been Resort Manager since 2006. Previously, he spent six years at the Beverly Hills Hotel as Resident Manager. A graduate of Cornell University, Lee�s career spans 27 years in the hospitality industry working for luxury properties and hotel groups around the world. Speaking of Mr. Lee, Mr del Hoyo said: �I am delighted to have the chance to work with Timothy again. He is an outstanding hotelier and brings a wealth of experience. number of hotels to seven. The Collection also includes The Dorchester
