Since 2006, Ms. Allen served as director of sales for the Four Diamond property.  During this tenure, she actively grew sales revenues and helped launch the new Flowering Almond Spa.  In April, she was honored by Benchmark Hospitality International as the Director of Sales of the Year for the global company.  She was previously presented with the Sales Executive of the Year award from Benchmark.  Ms. Allen is also a long-term member of Benchmark's prestigious Platinum Club, which recognizes consistency in superior sales performance.  She began her relationship with the company as senior sales manager for The Founders Inn & Spa.

Previous to joining Benchmark Hospitality International, Ms. Allen held positions with the Radisson Hotel Tampa and the Omni Jacksonville Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida.
 
Tade Allen attended The University of Pittsburgh.  She resides in Virginia Beach with her family.
