Hotel Assets Group, LLC Sells Equity Stake in
Company to Cassidy Pinkard Colliers

Atlanta, Georgia -- September 16, 2008 - Hotel Assets Group, LLC (�Hotel AG�) announced today Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has acquired an equity stake in the company. The partnership between the two firms gives Hotel AG and Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers the depth to better serve their clients that own and develop hotels and gives Hotel AG access to 16 of the top US markets where Cassidy Pinkard Colliers� has regional offices.
