KANSAS CITY, Missouri, July 31, 2008 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of the Holiday Inn - Hays, KS. This property is highly visible and conveniently accessible via Exit 159 on Interstate 70 and Vine Street. The 191-room, concrete, interior corridor, two-story hotel is situated on 5.19 acres. Amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool with a 100-foot serpentine waterslide, Jacuzzi, game room, and state of the art fitness center. The property also features ten (10) meeting rooms with more than 15,000 square feet of total space capable of accommodating up to 800 people.
