from Hostar enables facilities to maximize profit making potential. An
essential way for events to remain profitable is to have 100% accountability
of inventory, while ensuring that product remains fully stocked and kept
cold. Mobile Suppliers are pre-loaded to meet the specific bar needs
of each event. Stocked in a centralized liquor storage area, Mobiles are
inventoried, closed and locked prior to delivery to the function.
The lockable tambour door ensures that itemized inventories remain secure.
Cold items are kept at optimal temperatures when iced down in the sliding
compartments inside the Mobile. Stock kept cold ensures happy guests
and eliminates the troubles associated with ice during busy events.
The power assisted version of the Backbar Mobile enables effortless movement
of heavy loads. The Power-Assist option helps reduce work related
injuries, resulting in a reduction of complaints of back strain and fatigue
caused from pushing and pulling overloaded carts stocked with supplies.
ProHost® Mobiles eliminate several handling
events per inventory item, resulting in hours of labor savings per function.
Bartenders confirm the contents of the Mobile at the beginning of their
shift. After the event, products in the Mobiles may be inventoried to determine
consumption, and compare sales records to ensure that the hotel realizes
its full revenue potential. ProHost® allows Food and Beverage
Directors to completely customize the offerings available and avoid inconveniencing
guests by running out of popular selections. Additionally, Mobiles can
be fitted with a banquet skirt to match the distinguished décor
of the hotel or function.
