KANSAS CITY, Missouri, July 30, 2008 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of the three-story Holiday Inn located in Salina, KS. This property has good visibility and is easily accessible at the intersection of Interstate 135 and Crawford. The 192-room, brick exterior, interior corridor hotel is situated on 5.85 acres. The hotel opened in 1986 as a Holiday Inn and was renovated in 2003. The Property is fully sprinklered, contains two hydraulic elevators and over 9,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space, which can accommodate up to 1,000 people. Other hotel amenities include the signature "Holidome" with an indoor heated pool and waterslide, fitness room, arcade featuring ping-pong and table hockey, sauna and whirlpool. In addition to guest rooms, the public areas of the building contain the guest lobby and spacious commons areas. Conveniently located onsite is Shamrock's, a full service restaurant serving breakfast and dinner and O'Malley's, an Irish Pub which contains a 100 inch projection TV.
