Hyatt Place in Roseville, California
ROSEVILLE, Calif. - July 23, 2008 - ABA Development announced today the groundbreaking on its much anticipated six-story, 151-room Hyatt Place in Roseville, CA. Developed and owned by ABA Development, Roseville’s Hyatt Place is ABA’s first of three hotels expected to break ground in 2008. “We are pleased to bring such a high-quality and unique offering to the Roseville community,” said Scott Brown, CEO and Co-founder of ABA Development.
Expected to open in the Fall of 2009, the single six-story building will be built on the new 15.5 acre Highland Reserve mixed use development. The 93,493 sq. ft. Hyatt will be located in Roseville, Calif., on Gibson Drive, adjoined to the Westfield Galleria Mall. The site is situated near the crossroads of Interstate 80 and Highway 65, with direct visibility from Highway 65.
The $25 million project was designed as a contemporary structure, aesthetically attractive with a natural palette of materials and verdant landscaping. RYS Architects (San Francisco, CA) is the architect of record. In addition to 1,500 sq. ft. of meeting space, an outdoor pool and a state of the art fitness center, guests will enjoy high quality amenities. The hotel will feature spacious, upscale rooms with 42" flat-panel HDTVs, Hyatt signature beds, oversized sofa-sleepers in each room, Starbucks® specialty coffees, and café quality foods.
“Bringing this high-end, lifestyle hotel to customers at a moderate price fulfills a vision we have been working on for quite some time,” Said Jesse Allison, COO and Co-Founder of ABA Development.
