Indianapolis, Indiana, August 5, 2008: The CZH Hospitality Group, LLC, announced today the launch of “The CZH Total Analysis,” a three stage master planning and ongoing analysis service for Restaurants and Hotel Food & Beverage Operations.
The first stage of the CZH Total Analysis focuses on creating a new Master Plan that analyzes every aspect of a Restaurant’s or Hotel’s Food & Beverage Departments Operations, and delivers a road map that focuses on Ownership’s goals while addressing operational challenges – resulting in improved profitability.
The second stage is the setup and implementation of a web-based Cost Control & Budgeting software application, By The Numbers (BTN). This is a database driven financial scorecard created by CZH for Chefs, Managers, Operators, and Owners to use in daily Restaurants/Hotel Food & Beverage Operations. “With the CZH Total Analysis, and BTN, Operators and Owners can now monitor their cash flow on a daily basis. In addition, BTN has powerful features that automatically collect sales and labor data from POS and Time Clock Systems, securely and accurately. BTN eliminates the risks and time associated with human data entry.
The third stage of the CZH Total Analysis brings the new Master Plan and BTN together with ongoing routine reports, performance updates and analysis, the documentation of operations and the analysis of the financial data collected by BTN. CZH makes sure milestones established in the Master Plan are achieved. If they are not, CZH alerts ownership and provides solutions to get back on track.
