August 18, 2008 - We�ve been retained by a leading Real Estate Development Company with Latin America Interests concentrating on Resort Properties. This cutting edge company needs a business savvy CFO to assume an executive role.

The ideal candidate will direct their efforts on all financial related matters and strategic planning. Development and Construction related matters will require exceptional financial modeling experience.

10+ years in Residential, Multi-Family and/or Retail Real Estate Financial/Investment related matters.

Bi-Lingual Ideal, but, NOT required.
