 Aimbridge Hospitality Contracted to Manage Dallas-area
Summerfield Suites Hotels for RLJ Real Estate Fund III

DALLAS, TEXAS — AUGUST 15, 2008 — Aimbridge Hospitality, a Dallas-based hotel-management and real-estate company, has signed a contract with hotel ownership and investment firm RLJ Real Estate Fund III LP, an affiliate of RLJ Development LLC, to manage three Summerfield Suites properties in the Dallas metropolitan area.

RLJ, based in Bethesda, Md., selected Aimbridge Hospitality to manage -

the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas/Lincoln Park;
the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas/Richardson; and
the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas/Uptown.
The 155-unit Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas/Lincoln Park - (8221 North Central Expressway, Dallas, Texas - formerly The Bradford at Lincoln Park) which recently underwent a $2.9 million suites renovation, is located on the Central Expressway, the major north/south traffic artery in the Dallas area. The property’s close proximity to major corporate office parks, Southern Methodist University and the North Park Shopping Center draws significant business and leisure travelers during the week and on weekends. The property also features comfortable meeting accommodations, a business center and complimentary high-speed Internet access.

The 130-unit Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas/Richardson - (2301 North Central Expressway, Richardson, Texas - formerly Bradford Homesuites Richardson) - Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas/Richardson is an upscale hotel prominently located on Dallas’ North Central Expressway in the Richardson Telecom Corridor. The residential-style property is just across the highway from Nortel's North American corporate office and in close proximity to local offices for MCI, Fujitsu and Texas Instruments. Suites feature all the amenities and modern conveniences executive travelers need to conduct business: spacious accommodations; separate working, sleeping and living areas; complete privacy; and round-the-clock connectivity with free high-speed Internet access.

The 141-unit Hyatt Summerfield Suites Dallas/Uptown — (2914 Harry Hines Boulevard - formerly the Bradford Homesuites Downtown) the only premier all-suite hotel in uptown Dallas—is located in the heart of the Dallas business and financial district, and is situated near the city’s best dining, entertainment and retail establishments. The four-story hotel, which recently underwent an extensive renovation, also offers property-wide high-speed Internet access, facilities for smaller meetings, and a private, gated parking garage.

“We’re excited to be working with RLJ Development to manage these three excellent all-suite hotels,” said Aimbridge Hospitality President and CEO Dave Johnson. “RLJ is one of the fastest-growing hotel-investment companies in the industry, and we are gratified that they’ve selected Aimbridge Hospitality to operate the three Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Dallas.
