Royal Restaurants Signs Agreement with the Small Luxury
Hotels of the
World Brand for the Hotel Haven, Helsinki, Finland,
Scheduled for Completion in 2009

| Royal Restaurants has signed an agreement with the Small
Luxury Hotels of the World brand concerning the Hotel Haven that will be
completed in early 2009 at the address Unioninkatu 17; the hotel will be
their first hotel in Finland. Helsinki�s hotel brand supply will become
diversified when Small Luxury Hotels of the World established a beachhead
in Finland. Co-operation with an internationally respected partner will
form a solid base for the Hotel Haven domestically and internationally.

Unioninkatu 17 Small Luxury Hotels of the World is an internationally respected partner. Over the years, its hotels have frequently been the recipients of various quality and service awards. The latest, announced on 20 May 2008, concerns the entire brand; according to the annual Luxury Brand Status Index survey carried out by New York-based Luxury Institute, SLH was named as the world�s leading luxury hotel brand, surpassing such traditionally respected brand as, among others, Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. Twenty-three luxury hotel brand around the world were compared in the survey. Additionally, based on customers� comments, SLH was named as the best service provider in the �Best Customer Experience� category in which 15 hotel brands were evaluated. "Hotel Haven has been chosen by Small Luxury Hotels of the World as the first in Finland because it is being created with our key values at its heart -attention to detail, individuality, exclusivity and personality. According to Royal Restaurants, SLH�s slogan �Caring Luxury� sums up what the Hotel Haven offers its guests. Firstclass service is backed up by high-quality ancillary services; the restaurant services already on the premesis at G.W.Sundmans, Sundmans Krog and Havis serve vacationers and well as business travellers. Additionally, conference services, three meeting rooms and an auditorium facilitate the arrangement of meetings for 120 persons in connection with the hotel. A superb addition to this diversified range of services will the Day Spa � featuring 9 treatment rooms � that will begin offering treatments for women and men when the hotel opens.
