Hayduk will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 330-acre Captiva Island, Fla., resort. Hayduk comes to LXR most recently from The Cliffs Communities, Inc., in Travelers Rest, S.C., where he served as the vice president of hospitality for two years. Prior to that, he served as president, CEO and general manager of Grand Caribbean Resorts, Ltd., located in Great Exuma, Bahamas. In addition, Hayduk held a number of management positions including vice president of operations over a 14-year period at The Breakers Palm Beach in Palm Beach, Fla.
