Paul Telford Appointed Director of Spa at
Tucker�s Point Hotel & Spa in Bermuda

BERMUDA � June 18, 2008 � Paul Telford has been appointed director of spa at Tucker�s Point Hotel & Spa in Bermuda.  Paul is charged with developing the spa�s distinctive offerings, which will be inspired by the island�s native wellness philosophies, and managing its team of therapists and aestheticians. He is also responsible for managing the Salon, which will offer manicures, pedicures and hairstyling amidst luxurious décor.  When the Hotel & Spa opens in April, it will be the centerpiece of Tucker�s Point Club, Bermuda�s premier resort and residential community.

Paul comes to Tucker�s Point Club with more than ten years of experience in the luxury hospitality community.  He began his career in food and beverage, first at Bermuda�s Elbow Beach Hotel & Resort and then at the Newstead Hotel.  In 2004, he moved to the United States where he joined the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C.  to manage operations of the Spa & Fitness Club.  During his four year post, he developed a new retail product line, exceeded revenue goals, increased guest satisfaction rates and successfully marketed the spa as one of the D.C. area�s most elite.  Paul went on to serve as spa director of the Four Seasons Resort, Punta Mita for three years, where he was responsible for managing 41 employees, designed the spa�s signature massage, and set profit records.  Most recently, Paul served as director of spa and recreation at The Kahala Hotel & Resort in Honolulu, HI.  There, he administered spa operations during a management change from Mandarin Oriental to the Landmark Hotel group, successfully implemented a new line of treatments, improved spa profitability by nearly 20 percent, and trained a staff of 34 in new brand standards.
            
Paul earned an Associate of Arts in Hospitality Management from Bermuda College and a Bachelor of Science in International Hotel Management from the University of Buckingham in England.  Paul recently returned to his native Bermuda, where he now resides with his wife and two children.
