Mark Charles Appointed Food & Beverage Director
for Naples Bay Resort of Naples, Florida

has announced the appointment of Mark Charles as food & beverage director
for Naples Bay Resort of Naples, Florida. Roy Young, managing director
for the resort, made the announcement.
�It is with a great deal of pleasure that I welcome Mark to Naples Bay Resort,� said Mr. Young. �In addition to managing all food & beverage operations for the property, he will also assume the role of club manager for The Club at Naples Bay Resort.� Mark Charles was most recently the regional food & beverage director for Cay Clubs Resorts and Marinas of Clearwater, Florida. Previous to this he held the title of general manager for the intimate Key Largo Cay Club, responsible for all operational areas including a marina for 80 vessels, commercial retail space, and a membership development program. Before becoming affiliated with Cay Clubs, Mr. Charles served for eight years as director of banquet operations at the prestigious Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. Charles attended Ohio Northern University. He and his family are relocating to Naples. Naples Bay Resort is a Four Star-quality, 193-key destination resort. The property, which opened in February 2008, features an 85-key hotel with 65 suites, 108 spacious resort cottages, and a contemporary gourmet restaurant and bar offering magnificent views of the bay.
