San Francisco, June 10, 2008 – In search of a highly accurate and automated solution to address the industry-wide challenge of predicting volatile F&B demand patterns, the 1,800-room Sheraton Waikiki recently implemented the Carnus Forecaster across the property’s F&B outlets. As promised, the Carnus’ artificial intelligence quickly “learned” the operating environment and is automatically providing a consistent staffing accuracy of over 90%.
