Tom Roelens Named General Manager of
Four Seasons Resorts Lana�i, Hawaii

| HONOLULU, HAWAI�I (April 15, 2008) � Tom Roelens has been
named general manager of Four Seasons Resorts Lana�i, inclusive of
both Four Seasons Resort Lana�i at Manele Bay and Four Seasons Resort
Lana�i, The Lodge at Koele.
Roelens, a veteran of the hospitality industry, has 22 years of experience in some of the most exclusive and luxurious destinations in the world. He makes the move to Hawaii from Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa, where he served as general manager. Prior to the Maldives, Roelens was with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Jakarta, Indonesia and Newport Beach, California. His past experience includes appointments in Bali, Indonesia; Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Brussels, Belgium, where he was born and raised. �I am excited about the opportunity to manage these two incredible resorts on an island as special as Lana�i, where the �Aloha Spirit� prevails� said Roelens. �I look forward to working with the incredible team here to continue to welcome our guests with the finest facilities, services and amenities in Hawaii.� Roelens is a graduate of the Hoger Technisch Instituut in Bruges, Belgium, where he earned a Bachelor�s degree in Hotel Management. He also completed the Executive and Professional Education Program with Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration. He lives in Lana�i City with his wife Sara, is an avid traveler (has visited 37 countries) and enjoys SCUBA diving.
