makes it easier for users to get the most from their Maestro solution,

Online Training Increases Staff productivity
Maestro users can access an educational curriculum
featuring live online classes and pre-recorded educational webinars as

training complements NORTHWIND�s comprehensive training offerings, creating
a flexible, blended learning experience that includes traditional classroom
training, client-site training, and online learning.
Real-time Assistance
Each live training session is facilitated by
a Maestro certified expert and provides the opportunity to ask questions
during the session. The user has access to the live, instructor-led personal
topic of their choice. This flexibility enables Maestro users to "learn
and return," allowing them to apply new skills and knowledge immediately
after their training session.
The personal attention gives each user their own
learning environment and enables them to set their own pace throughout
the training, and improve their proficiency. The main purpose is to support

The one-on-one online training session is not
intended to replace Maestro�s current traditional onsite training offering.
