Mr. Williams joins Crestline from Grand Heritage Hotels International where he was the Regional Director in Portland, Oregon overseeing both the Governor Hotel and the Avalon Hotel and Spa. Prior to that, he was General Manager of the Providence Biltmore Hotel, also a Grand Heritage property, and oversaw a $15 million dollar renovation. He brings more than 30 years of hospitality industry management and operations experience to his new role. Mr. Williams has also held positions with Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Waterpark, Pacific Concord Investment Corporation, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Pickett Suite Hotels.
