Warmbrodt Hotel Investments Selected to Advise
Owner of the Quality Inn Westport Park

KANSAS CITY, Missouri, March 10, 2008 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") announced today it has been selected to advise Lodging Hospitality Management Corporation in the disposition of the 150-room Quality Inn Westport Park located in the City of Maryland Heights, a western suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. Maryland Heights is located just south of the I-70 and I-270 interchange which is the busiest intersection in the State of Missouri. The two, three and four story, interior-corridor, full service hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to all St. Louis area attractions and activities, including downtown St. Louis, Busch Stadium, Laclede's Landing, the St. Louis Zoo, Anheuser Busch Brewery, Ameristar & Harrah's Casinos and the infamous St. Louis Arch. The investment firm of Edward Jones, which is a major demand generator, has its North Campus National Headquarters across the street from the property. The Quality Inn Westport Plaza is also in very close proximity to Westport Plaza, featuring a 42-acre development that offers an unparalleled combination of amenities and services.

The property is minutes from the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, Barnes-Jewish Children's Hospital, Washington University and the University of Missouri St. Louis.
