Benchmark Hospitality Appoints Dyal Sandhu Director of
Food & Beverage
for Bedford Springs Resort in Pennsylvania

The
Woodlands (Houston), Texas, March 2008 - Benchmark Hospitality International
has appointed Dyal Sandhu as director of food & beverage for Bedford
Springs Resort, the historic property in Bedford, Pennsylvania, dating
to 1796. Rikki Boparai, general manager for Benchmark Hospitality
at the resort, made the announcement. Bedford Springs Resort
reopened in July of last year following a lavish $120 million restoration
and expansion program.

"He brings extensive luxury resort experience to our property, which will serve us well as we develop our restaurants and food & beverage programming." Previous to joining the team at Bedford Springs Resort, Mr. Sandhu served in senior level food & beverage positions with HEI Hotels and Resorts, Hilton International, Ritz Carlton Hotels and Resorts, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts in locations throughout the United States. He also brings international experience to his new role, having worked for resorts in Switzerland and Australia. Dyal Sandhu is a graduate of International College of Hospitality Administration located in Brig, Switzerland. He has relocated to the Bedford, Pennsylvania area.
