The Providence Group, LLC Expands Hospitality Management Operations
with Office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Company Focused on Providing Management Services to Small to Mid-Size Hotels
..

February 4, 2008 Duxbury, MA.  The Providence Group, LLC, a Massachusetts-based full service hospitality management company, announced today that it will open a business office in Ft. Lauderdale, FL to expand its services in Orlando, southeast Florida and surrounding areas.  The company will focus on providing complete management services for small to mid-size hotel properties.

The Providence Group was founded in 2005 by Jed C. Heller to offer hospitality and general management services to hotels, time-share resorts and condominiums in the U.S. and overseas.  The company currently provides management services for several small and medium size hotels, including the Sandhurst Hotel, Fort Pierce, FL and the Microtel Inn and Suites, Seneca Lake, NY.  Past engagements include the Drake Hotel, Oakbrook, IL, Residence Inn, Baron Rouge, LA and the Fairfield Inn and Suites, Tulsa, OK.

While building relationships with these hotel owners, Heller recognized their need for professional management services. The Providence Group LLC successfully fulfilled this need by providing positive, cost-effective, and measurable results to this market segment. With a favorable industry response, Heller made the strategic decision in early 2008 to allocate all resources and company focus to the full service management of small to mid-size hotels.

There is a clear need for professional management services in the small to mid-size hotel segment, said Heller. These hotel owners dont always have the expertise or resources to maximize the full potential of their properties.  With our hands-on management experience and personal involvement in all areas of hotel operations, we can quickly improve the financial performance of the hotel and enable owners to gain a competitive edge.

The Ft. Lauderdale office will provide The Providence Group with ready access to the growing hotel market in Orlando and southeast Florida.  The company expects to open its new office in March 2008.

We take great pride in providing professional services tailored to each hotel.  Our expansion will allow us to continue our personalized approach for hotel owners in these areas, said Heller.
