Benchmark Hospitality Appoints Nate Waldron Director of
Conference Services
for The Heldrich in New Brunswick, New Jersey
 The
Woodlands (Houston), Texas, January 2008 - Benchmark Hospitality International
has announced the appointment of Nathaniel (Nate) Waldron to the position
of director of conference services for The Heldrich, located in New Brunswick,
New Jersey. Mike Taylor, Benchmark's general manager at the property,
which opened last March, made the announcement.

"He brings significant expertise to his new position, along with extensive knowledge of the market and solid customer relationships with companies important to the property." Nate Waldron has been active within the meetings industry for over two decades. He was most recently the director of conference services for Dolce Basking Ridge, New Jersey, formerly the Benchmark-operated North Maple Inn. He successfully held this position with Benchmark for seven years. During this time Waldron was instrumental in the property achieving the coveted Four Diamond rating for three consecutive years, along with numerous Pinnacle Awards recognizing meeting excellence, and the NJ BIZ 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey recognition, which the property received two consecutive years. Prior to this, Mr. Waldron held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility within conference services for Benchmark Hospitality International and at the former Scanticon Princeton Conference Center Hotel, located in Princeton, New Jersey. Throughout his career, Mr. Waldron has been consistently referred to as one of the top conference planners in the meetings industry.
